MANITOWOC, Wis. — Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, recently received a generous donation to assist with an enhancement to the school’s soccer program.
The 39th Annual Roncalli Pierside Auction saw great support from the Lakeshore community and raised nearly $300,000 this year. Proceeds from the auction will benefit students attending Roncalli Elementary School, Roncalli Middle School and Roncalli High School.
Students from area schools will participate in Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) sanctioned festivals hosted at Roncalli High School April 25 and 26. The choir festival will be held April 25, while the band festival will occur on April 26.
Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, will present the Spring Music Explosion Saturday, April 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center, 2000 Mirro Drive.
Roncalli High School invites the community to enjoy its spring production, a musical revue, March 23-25. The show, entitled, “OK Boomer: A musical salute to the Baby Boom generation (and some songs we just like to sing)” will feature the talents of Roncalli High School students.

Roncalli High School senior Brayden Reimer competed at the Wisconsin High School Powerlifting Association State powerlifting meet Sunday, March 5 at Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton. Reimer took third place overall, breaking the state record for squat (507 lbs / 230 kg) and qualifying for Nationals. Nationals will take place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina March 30-April 2.
School has been canceled for Roncalli Catholic Schools (Roncalli Elementary School, Roncalli Middle School, and Roncalli High School) TOMORROW (Thursday, Feb. 23). Athletic and all after-school activities also are canceled.
Roncalli Middle School students will transport Manitowoc to a “world of pure imagination” with their production of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka JR., a musical based on Roald Dahl’s timeless children’s book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Feb. 24-26.
